How do I send in my device for repair?

Simply click on Request a Repair then register. Once you are registered you can fill out the form and we will respond back with a quote and the shipping instructions. We also offer in home pickup if you cant mail your device.

How long will my repair take?

On common logic board repairs such as iPhone 7 audio ic, 6 Plus Touch IC, connectors, backlight issues it will take 1-5 working days to complete. Complex repairs such as water damage, MacBook logicboard and data recovery can take up to 10 days. If it’ll take longer, then we will let you know.

Who pays for shipping?

For all repairs/warranty repairs you pay for shipping it to us and we will pay for shipping it back to you.

What if there are more repairs required besides the logic board repair to get my phone back in working order?

You will be notified first if your device has any secondary problems and the repair estimate will be re-adjusted if you choose to complete the entire repair. We will not proceed further until we get your permission and approval on additional repairs.

Do you offer general phone/tablet repairs? Broken screens, battery replacements and so on?

Yes we do. We offer a full range of general phone and tablet repairs for Apple, Samsung, LG, Sony etc. Screen replacements, speakers, microphones, batteries, charging ports – you name it, we fix it! Simply Request a Repair or Call us and we will respond back with a quote.


Our door to door repair service offers all kinds of general repairs such as LCD/touch replacement, charging port, battery etc. In this service we come to your site and repair the device in front of you. Just call us and we will be there for you.

How my data will be returnd to me?

This depends of the amount of data recovered, however we can provide data on Dropbox, USB sticks and external hard drives to ensure you receive your data as soon as possible.

What happens if my device cannot be fixed?

Unfortunately there are such cases if the device is too badly damaged or the data has been destroyed. In such a case we’ll simply ask you to cover the return shipping fee to courier your phone or tablet back to you.

Do you need my SIM card?

No we do not need your SIM card.

How can I check the status of my repair?

The status of a repair can be checked online on our website. Navigate to the home page and look for the word ‘My Account‘ on the top navigation menu, click on ‘My Account‘ and enter your account details. Now inside your account page navigate to ‘My Repairs‘ and you will be able to see the status of your existing repairs. From there you can click on your repair ticket to open the comments page to add additional comments to your repair.

What is your payment method?

Once your device is repaired and tested we will send you an invoice via email which can be paid with a credit card or you can do bank transfer. If your coming to collect in person you can pay by cash.
